Gorgeous spa nestled in Québec's picturesque Eastern Townships. Featuring a hydrotherapy circuit featuring hot tubs, 3 types of saunas, polar bath, arctic shower, and outdoor natural features including a beautiful swimming hole steps away from a perpetually burning fireplace. Amazing place year round, with accommodations in a main building attached to a healthy restaurant, serving gourmet food with fruit and vegetables grown in gardens scattered around the grounds. Smaller chalets are spread out over the area where rooms are rustic and comfortable, with air conditioning and clean amenities. Friendly staff and a huge variety of exercise and wellness exercises and info sessions throughout the week. 12+ km of hiking trails in quiet forest adjacent to the main building are a wonderful escape. Unparalleled oasis to recharge your batteries. Highly recommended!
Very relaxing. Great facilities.
Amazing trails, walk or bike. Loads of fauna
All the talks, movies, classes were in French so it was disappointing since my French is too rusty. The room was fine but quite small. The towel policy felt like a cheap all inclusive (need tokens). The best thing was the food - it was truly excellent. I'd come here for a meal and use of the sauna, skip the classes and accommodations. No cell service or wifi in room.
Loved the spa but the lunch was waaaay too expensive for a salad bar Which wasn't very good. The restaurant ruined the whole day for us.
If you are looking for a place that helps you to get away from your daily routine, this is it. Just amazing service and atmosphere. I will become a regular at this SPA, recommend to stay at least two nights.
I stayed at Spa Eastman with my mom last year for about 4 days, and this was one of the most relaxing experience I ever had :) The staff was just great and friendly, the site is beautiful and the food..! So delicious! I am so much looking forward to go back there, as soon as I get the chance.
Hands down the most refreshing & delicious experience money can buy. Incredible massages, hydrotherapy, and an incredible healthy restaurant. A must.
Beautiful scenery and trails surrounds this resort. The spa facilities are plentiful and their quality is in top condition. Sauna rooms, polar mist room, steam room combined with cold tubs were all indoor. Outdoors you had many areas for relaxation and admiring the views as well as 2 pools, one hot whirl pool and the other cold. Their daily program changes but is always filled with some interesting classes. I missed their morning yoga class but enjoyed their meditative and nordic walk classes.
Our group of 9 ladies had such an amazing time that we are already planning our next ladies spa day there.
I didn't give it a 5 star because their womens lockers/showers room lacks changing rooms and is a little small but is definitely clean and adequately stocked with toiletries.
