My wife and I purchased a crib and stroller from the London location in 2015 which was well over $1,000. We went back in this year to try and get a part for the crib and they said they don't deal with parts and aren't able to get them. We prefer to purchase from local stores because generally they will have far better product support after the initial sale. This is apparently not the case. We ended up going online and dealing directly with the manufacturer, and have the part being shipped up from the US. The manufacturer was very good to deal with, but I feel Snuggle Bugz should have put in a bit more effort to help us out. At a bare minimum they could have told us where to go to to locate the part, but instead we were left to do that ourselves.

I sent this to the store individually, but I thought I'd share to Google-land.

My wife and I have been visiting your London store since she became pregnant with our first child. We now have an 11 month old son. You may say he is sponsored by Snuggle Bugz.

We have bought almost everything baby related from Snuggle Bugz, from car seats to cribs to strollers to nursing supplies to “the one gizmo that you have to get 5 minutes before the store closes or else he won’t fall asleep!!!”. At first it was a matter of convenience as this store is 5 minutes away whereas other stores are 20 minutes away. However, it’s become more then that. The quality of products and the customer service, by all the staff, is what keeps us coming back. The staff knows their products, and they sell good products. In a sense, they have seen our son grow up in front of their eyes as well.

In closing, I just wanted to say good things about the London store. I always tell people that if you want to go to a good baby store, look no further then Snuggle Bugz. Tell the staff to keep up the good work.
