My husband and I bought a building from 1934 that needed a new foundation. It was a huge undertaking. We are so happy we chose SMR to do the work. These folks are real pros. At every level. Assessment was spot on, the execution was smooth and they stayed in constant communication with us. We really could not have asked for a better experience. SMR is trustworthy, efficient and the team is a pleasure to work with. We HIGHLY recommend their services.

Our Co-op called SMR for major work to waterproof the foundation ,french drain installation,and a whole lot of work related to it. The SMR team came to the site and very very professional,courteous and reliable. Extremely happy with their work and would recommend this company to anyone needing quality work done.Another thing was that all work was completed one month ahead of schedule. No complaints whatsoever

SMR Experts worked at our new home yesterday to fix 4 foundation cracks. The crew was friendly, professional, and did a great job! Even though they had to dig down in several spots, the work was completed in less than a day.

We were referred to SMR Experts from my husband's boss' brother who is a home inspector. Joseph came to our house and gave us a rough estimate. We had to install and french drain and raise our balcony. He gave us the pros and cons for our scenario.
We had scheduled a date but in the end had to postpone the job. He was very understanding and simply advised to let them know a week before so they can prep.
When his crew came they did a great job. Great group of guys that work hard and work as as team. They always answered our questions.

This company is just amazing. Joseph Vani, the owner, is someone I would give the key of my house, so much he is trustable.
I firstly contracted SMR in 2011 to do my landscaping project (huge project). I got 6 submissions, Joseph being the second cheapest. I select him because of his good advice. He blast the job, put hours over original estimate, but always keep the same level of quality and attention, ensuring a wonderful job.
This year, I contracted Joseph for some foundation job at my cottage. Joseph didn't hesitate to brake and redo the job when he saw one of his guy (not working for him anymore) didn't respect his quality level.
I truly don't know any contractor who is so dedicated to the quality of his job and the satisfaction of his client. He his professional like no other.
