  Normally very quick and friendly service, but a very uninterested and curt brunette currently works there who can be found paying more attention to whichever friend is lingering around than her customers (as the case was, tonight). Was quite unprofessional.

  There was only one person actually preparing the pancakes so I had to wait 30 minutes for my order while my friend already finished his Acai bowl even tho the place was half empty. Since we were in a hurry I had to take the food with me end eat those mediocre 10 bucks pancakes in a car.

  1. I doubt there is not yogurt. It tasted like just cheap ice cream. 2. Service is too bad. They might know most of customers are visitors. So they don't care. I showed the 1$ off coupon just right after I gave cashier cash. But the cashier and manager refused to give me 1$ off Bc they put money in the cash register and closed it. I definitely know they still could open it as long as they wanted to follow that promotion poster.

  Lots of good flavours my fav. Nutala was very good but when I went to go get it one day a napkin was covering it the machine was running I could hear it the machine and I could see the ice cream.was it out of order?

  Sandwiches were extremely lackluster one piece of meat minimal cheese9 bucks! My son got a ice cream size of marble slab and that was $13.74. Do not waste your money or time

  The waffles were made fresh and they were SO good! They were soft and sweet. I also enjoyed being able to add whatever toppings I desired. They had a good selection of toppings and I got to make my dream waffle. The staff were also really nice. I would definitely recommend coming here next time you're in Banff.

  Crepes were very good! However, the service was extremely slow and the seating was very limited and strange -some plastic chairs, other wooden chairs.

  It's like a Menchie's, but they also have waffles and crepes! I myself, had the bacon waffle with a bunch of toppings. Definitely a nice go to place after some dinner.

  Great value for money! Waffles are a hearty portion, fruit toppings were sweet and fresh, staff was friendly. Great breakfast joint, we loved it!
