It was very easy to work with Simplistic. They were clear about the whole process from the beginning (thanks to their sales representative). They delivered everything we asked for on time. Our project manager was great. She would respond to our questions & asks fast and get them solved in a reasonable amount of time. She was also patient and understanding with our last minute changes/asks. As a team, they guided us well, since this was our first time building a WP site. The user manual they provide can be more user friendly and extensive but when we were stuck, our PM would helps us so it wasn't a big issue.

If you're looking for a talented, honest team that delivers exceptional value, I highly recommend working with Simplistics. They've delivered several responsive website projects for me in small agency and large corporate environments, in a variety of languages such as React, React Native, Wordpress, and even integrating with Go. There were never any budget or timeline surprises. The Simplistics team can also work collaboratively with other teams when needed for complex builds, which is a rare skill. Our experience working with Simplistic have been pretty lame. Our website is not optimal, the back end is complicate to use. They have never meet with us, beside the one time I when to their office to discuss the block road that need it to get fix. The customer service is like here is a video, figure by yourself what we did, maybe they are good for small web project, but for a content platform its a big no. They don't seem to care at all if we are happy with their work and I regret pretty deeply I have spend over $18K with simplistic. I couldn't be more unsatisfied with their over all knowledge and the result.

Simplistics Web Design has built two websites for me and in both cases they far exceeded my expectations. They quickly understand requirements and somehow figure out your aesthetic preferences. They are great communicators and always deliver what they commit to. I particularly appreciated their technical expertise and calm agility; our project teams actually had fun.
