It was just a travel mug, but it was for something special. Congratulations TJ and your team. Thank you for your note. I'd like to share so everyone can see what an amazing thing you did.
As many of you know, I took part in a charity event to support kids cancer camps. I received your gift on Thursday before leaving and it meant so much to me. Thank you for this and all the support you provided.
I rode my bike 360km over the weekend. There were difficult moments including rain, wind, hills, but nothing compared to what these children and families deal with every day.
With your help, I personally raised $104,250. Overall my team raised $134,625 out of the $600,000 total raised from 225 riders.
I'm so fortunate to be part of such an amazing team. We do great things for our partners, but it feels even better to support those in need like these kids.
