  Excellent Indian food. The garlic naan is so fresh, lamb vindaloo was superb, and the service was top notch. Highly recommend.

  Pros: Great taste, great quantity of food. Friendly service, clean environment.
  
  Cons: Long wait times for service.
  
  I'd like to say there's a better spot in Durham region for Indian food but so far this restaurant has hit the top of the list. The food is well prepared, tastes delicious and was in great quantities - I was stuffed (and I usually eat enough Paneer to supply a small village). The only downside is the wait to get the food, or get your bill at the end of the meal, can be quite long. Otherwise, the staff is an absolute delight - would recommend if you're in the area and craving indian food.

  This is my favorite restaurant to go to when I feel like Indian food. They make their Naan fresh everyday using the traditional way that is made in India the food is amazing! The staff are friendly too.

  I loved this place. Great food. Great quality. The butter chicken just tasted so authentic. Their naan was bigger than I expected. Which is a good thing. Feel like having Indian food this is the place to go.

  Definitely food is delicious and fresh taste. It's a little bit hidden if you are new to Whitby but place is clean and service is polite. I tried Goat Roganjosh, Dal Makhni, Paneer Madras and Samosa Chaat with some Naan and Paneer Kulcha. We all liked it and had leftovers for next day. The price is reasonable when I saw the quality and portions.

  The food was tasty was well done, however the service at this restaurant is something else. Me and my wife came here for dinner one day and we seated ourselves at the back, the waitress asked us to move because this is reserved for parties of 4 (there was only one other couple in the restaurant at the time.) We found this odd but moved anyways. She took our order and the food came in about 20 minutes, but throughout our time in the restaurant we kept overhearing the same waitress tell other customers over the phone placing orders and to her fellow waitress that “they are so busy,” her body language seemed flustered and overwhelmed with the 4 to 6 people in the restaurant at the time, it was sort of ridiculous

  Very happy to return! After a few years of not frequenting we decided to give Signature another try. New staff is largely to thank for better service and order accuracy. Butter Chicken is so good. Nice cash discount. Maria takes great care of us, so we will be back.

  Once again my wife and I have had an awesome meal, The chef is outstanding we have never had a bad meal yet. If you are looking for great Indian cuisine and super friendly staff look no further then Signature Indian Cuisine it is the BEST Indian food in Durham, you will not be disappointed, we aren't.

  My first time having Indian food and it was delicious! The chicken madras was so full of flavor and a gentle heat at the finish. I highly recommend it if your unsure of what to order. I almost didn't get any Naan but so glad we ended up ordering extra, it was delicious!
