  I called Shorty's for the first time a few weeks ago when my gas furnace would not stay lit. My call was answered promptly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A technician was available the same day and arrived at a time that was convenient for me. He was also very friendly and informative. He explained everything that he was doing and completed the necessary repair very quickly during his first visit. The price for the service call was very reasonable and I definitely plan to use Shorty's again in the future.

  take advantage of people I had to pay 100.00 cause service guy did not have the part so I had to pay for him to go shop for my part. Maybe that is the way the soak you for the warranty part that cost 30.00 they charge 100.00 to go buy it. Be aware. Is that great friendly service. Be prepared. Also took only 5 minutes to install. total bill of 30.00 part on warranty costed 225.00. get paid to shop and take your time. wow

  Shorty's gave the best service. The guys were polite and pleasant and professional. They installed our new furnace and even with a few hick ups remained calm and pleasant. The fellow that came to inspect from hydro was very satisfied with the install. I would definitely use Shorty's again.

  Our house is slightly older, and the main bathroom has a toilet with a 10 inch rough-in (if I measured correctly). Spent many months trying to locate a proper low-flow replacement. After limited success, I contacted Shorty's for a quote. Their price was decent, and they offered a good brand name toilet.
  When they arrived to install it, everything went smoothly with removing the old toilet and installing the new one. The guy even kept a decent conversation while working, and answered all my questions.
  That was three months ago, and the toilet has been working fine since day one; no flushing issues after downgrading from a 13L to a 6L flush. Very happy with Shorty's work. I am considering them again to replace the basement toilet too.
