Shopping with Northern Response has been a terrible experience. I am an overseas customer who tried to purchase an item on the store online. i made the purchase with my credit card and was duly charged, however the product never arrived. i have made multiple calls and have always been diverted to voicemail. i have also sent multiple emails, however there has been no response. The payment WAS taken, and no attempt to contact me or provide a refund was made. This is an exasperating and terrible service experience, and I definitely will recommend that no one make any purchases with them. I will be commencing dispute proceedings with my credit card company.

No one at this company returns messages or answers the phone. I ordered from them a week ago , when I checked the status of my order it's says awaiting payment yet they took the funds immediately from my bank account.
