  I took my son to Shine dental. He is very scared of dentists usually,but this time he was relaxed. Office staff were pleasant,he had toys to play with and the atmosphere was not scary and busy like a typical Dental office.They give enough time for each appointment and it was not rushing around like the other office I had been before.will definitely recommend my friends with kids

  I recently visited Shine Dental for a tooth which was bothering me for a while.Been to many dentists before and this was the first time I felt comfortable and stress free.Dr Swapna fixed the issue at a reasonable cost as well. Will definitely go back.

  I have had a fantastic experience here at every visit! The level of care provided by all staff members is second to none. Yes, you have to pay the office and then get reimbursed by your insurance company, but many offices do this.

  Crown fell apart in pieces after 8 years. Only 5 year warranty. Good care of teeth taken, have to shell out another $1000.00 to fix.

  My wife walked away from an appointment to replace 2 old fillings that the dentist said were cracked and no good. Three years later, these supposed cracked fillings are STILL NOT CRACKED as per two other dentists. Get a second opinion before you get work done here.

  Now, everybody hates going to the dentist except a dentist. So, get over your nerves to improve your overall health (yes, teeth include systemic and general health, people). Before you visit your local dentist shine dental. Dr swapna is awesome, meticulous, a perfectionist, and humble. They also accept Medical and delta dental in case anyone wanted to know about that too. They also have good availability so I can usually get appointments during convenient times for me. I would highly recommend her.

  The office hours are great if you can't make it in during the 9 to 5 day. The service is friendly but I have to pay up front then they can't transmit my insurance claim on line so I have to wait sometimes over a month to be reimbursed and then the service fees are way over the amounts accepted by my blue cross so I end up paying half the bill myself. I have gone to another local dentist who has no problem direct billing to BlueCross so I figure it must be because the rates are not in line with the insurance company that the claims don't make it through. I also had work done to my denture which fell apart after 6 months and I was charged again for the repair.
