  The staff has always been very helpful, respectful, and friendly. I felt I could trust their recommendations, and as a result I have a healthy, happy cat. After shopping around for prices and good ratings, I'm very glad I chose Sherbrook Animal Hospital.

  Had both my mail cats neutered here very loving staff wonderful veterinarian no problems at all afterwards on Tuesdays or Wednesdays they have specials where you can get your cat's spayed or neutered for about $40 cheaper than regular price

  In regards to their knowledge on kittens I give them 2 stars. They told me kittens don't have solid poops due to lack of fibre. Another place told me Kittens and cats don't take fibre. Kittens can also start on a set of de-wormer at 2 wks (forgot the brand) they said not till 4wks. They don't know what they are talking about. But for my older cat they were great helped him and knew the problem before tests came back. Expensive prices though.

  The receptionist, Sherry, was very unprofessional. She had an attitude the first time I called in and tried to upsell more than what I had asked for. I let it slide the first time, just because everyone has their own bad days. But when I phoned in later on in the week to reschedule my appointment, she was absolutely rude!!! Because of the poor customer service I've experienced, I will be finding an alternate vet for my dog.
  
  I have worked as a receptionist before and having excellent communication skills on the phone and in person is definitely key. You are the first person customers associate with and you always have to be at your best to make a good impression for the place you work for.
  
  Sherry definitely did not do a good job.

  We brought our beloved pet in for a small issue and were told we needed to undergo costly measures to correct it. Thank god I got a second opinion because all it took were some antibiotics. The only motivation at this establishment is money. Do not come here.

  We brought our dog in for a minor urinary issue. after the vet recommend food & meds she was constipated for 4+ weeks and developed hives. He shaved an excessive patch of fur off her perscribed more meds and a high fibre dog food he sells. The dog food pellets were far to large for her mouth and so hard I could bearly crack them with the handle of a screwdriver on an oak doorframe and resulted in her breaking a tooth. When we brought her back he only wanted to blame my gf which caused her to come home crying and gave us an estimate for $600 to correct the broken tooth which directly resulted from his recommendation. Over the last 9 weeks things have gone from bad to worse after taking her to see him and he's all to happy to continue rolling out bills to correct the various ailments that develope from his treatments. Do yourself and your beloved pet a favour and take them to a real vet.

  I have been taking our pets here for about 15 years and have always experienced a high level of care and service. I had one minor incident when the new Dr took over the practice, but after discussing it with the Office Manager it was resolved very quickly. Their rates are also quite reasonable.

  We came here for our Dogs regular checkup and some shots. The prices are affordable and the place is very clean, and knowledgeable staff. We are happy to continue bringing our business here.
