These bootcamp classes are designed to enable individuals to push themselves no matter what their fitness level!! I incorporte cardio, strengh and core workouts that will help your body reach its full potential. We never do the same workout 2 classes in a row and I am constantly looking for new ideas that will help me challenge both myself and members of the class!!

I utilize weights, jumpropes, bosu ball, medicine ball, agility ladder, step, and pretty much anything I can think of that will create a challenge!

It makes me smile to watch individuals grow in both strength and endurance! Pushups are not so daunting after so long :D The biggest compliment I receive is from people who say 'I now feel strong!!'
