I needed a storage facility close to the new house we were building for a few months. When I checked Sheep River Storage their rates were excellent & the cleanliness of the unit was exceptional. Roberta said not the put any mouse traps out or 'rat' killer that they have control of their rodents. I was a bit skeptical but followed their rules. I just emptied out the locker & much to my surprise there wasn't one mouse dropping, not one spider NOTHING! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN.
Thanks Sheep River Storage, if I ever need to rent another storage locker you'll be seeing me again.

The property is aged but quite functional and clean.

The management was very helpful in getting me the right size unit. They even help me find a local moving company. The price is reasonable.
