Great place and clean inside busy store so everything cleans out buy 6:00 PM for there pick what you want bakery selection.

I think that Safeway has improved quite a bit over the past year. Prices are more competitive and the variety and quality of fresh vegetables is much better. I wish that they would highlight and promote local/Canadian products more.

I've worked here and the staff are more than wonderful, if anyone gives a bad review, they're sadly mistaken. The staff RUN around doing dirty work to MAKE SURE that any customer has a good experience. Working an 11pm shift and then waking up for a 7am shift SUCKS, so I am glad they reduced the hours, the employees deserve the 2 hours of extra rest. Safeway isn't perfect but neither is any super market or retail store.
Hard work pays off, and this store is worthy of 5 stars, even on bad days.

The only time I've needed this place was between 7-8 and 10-11, because any other hour I'd rather go out of my way somewhere else. And now they've slashed their hours. It's a sad excuse for a grocery store more focussed on making a buck on sponsored sugar s**t than it is on serving the community. Go home, Safeway.

Clean, well lit, helpful staff, good product choice. Unfortunately the half price donuts after 7:00 are no longer available.
