In the Summer of 2017, while driving my motorcycle, I was struck by a car and suffered a broken knee. The driver left the scene before I could identify him. I reported the accident to my insurance company and experienced difficultly in having my treatment expenses covered.
Approximately a year later, further to a friend’s recommendation, I met with Roger Foisy and Harpreet Sidhu to see if they could help have my insurance company pay for some of the damages I suffered in place of the “hit and run” driver. I met with Roger and Harpreet, and they explained, in detail, what I could expect and what they may be able to do for me. We agreed that they would represent me for my case.
Approximately three years later, with the help of their unflagging team, Rusald, Theresa, Daniel, and many others, Roger R. Foisy & Associates far exceeded my expectations while allowing me to focus on my rehabilitation.

I cannot say enough about Roger and his staff. I came to Roger after having a 9 month nightmare experience with another lawyer. Having had an ABI (acquired brain injury) from my mva I have trouble concentrating and understanding at times. Roger empathetically understood my condition and patiently "white boarded" a visual overview of what was happening at every stage of the process which help me understand greatly. Phone calls and emails were always returned promptly which helped reduce my anxiety immensely. If you have happened on this site looking for an injury lawyer, look no further, I have full confidence Roger and staff will treat you like they did me. Thank you again Roger for walking through one of the most difficult seasons of my life and contined success.

Roger and team has been amazing in representing my case. I appreciated, professional, comprehensive yet empathetic representing. Roger personally takes time to meet and get to know the clients. Based on my experience I was grateful Mr. Foisy could guide me. His knowledge gave me knowledge. I couldn’t have gone through this on my own. With Mr. Foisy’s help I was able to get back on the right track and take care of myself and my family. He wasn’t in a rush when dealing with me and I felt like I got the attention I needed along the way. He helped me get through things step by step so I felt reassured throughout and he let me know if there were any updates so I could be kept informed. He was my voice at a time in my life where I was going through a lot of difficult things.

After everything I went through following my accident, I was so grateful and appreciative of all the effort that Roger Foisy did to help me with my case. He was very understanding of my brain injury. If I ever needed to speak with him he made himself available and made sure that I understood him. He was on top of everything along the way and I was never in the dark. Never being involved in a lawsuit before made me nervous at first, but he took the time to make sure that I was taken care of. Roger made sure that I always knew what to expect moving along in the process. Words cannot express how well I was treated. I was welcomed and comfortable around Roger and his team. Roger Foisy was open and honest right from the beginning. Whenever I reached out Roger Foisy and his team would call back right away. Roger Foisy communicated well and was very thorough so he knew I had a good understanding. I felt supported throughout this process. He treated us the same way from day one. I genuinely felt from my heart that Mr. Foisy was the right lawyer for my case. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Foisy and his staff. He is a very detailed oriented and honest lawyer. There was no surprises or hidden agenda. He keeps you informed throughout your case. He spends hours reviewing your file in detail with you on a one on one basis. I like the fact that he is not looking at his watch when meeting with you and he adjusts his schedule in order to accommodate his clients. He is very down to earth and I highly recommend him to anyone. Overall experience was excellent. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of his profession. I highly respect him for his overall professionalism.

Roger Foisy explains everything in detail and upfront. He is courteous and responsive in returning calls and to see how you are doing. The firm is very friendly and welcoming and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable at their office.
