We have 24*7 Voice, Chat and Mail response!
And I'm working for this company. Unfortunately I hear a few negative comments from the customers. But I've joined this company since June. I see how this company treats our customers. RJP is a Scam company they take your money wont ship any products, then you will have to deal with your credit card company for refund, they don't answer the phone or return emails. save yourself a big headache and avoid at all costs. the good reviews are all fake check facebook reviews all scams.

Never order from this company. I ordered a crib that my daughter really wanted for her first baby that the site said have lots in stock. They charged my credit card just to inform me that is is back ordered and not sure how long before they can get it. When I asked them to cancel my order and refund my card they offered a 5% discount if I was willing to wait to see when I might get it. Unfortunately can not wait for a crib and now have to wait and see if they will refund my card. Most legitimate companies do not charge your credit card until the item ships. I say buyer beware.

Pretty disappointing experience for my first time ordering from these guys. On Sept. 15th I ordered a case of Sensible Portion Veggie Straws for my business and it never arrived and it never shipped. I called and left messages and emailed as well with no response. Finally, in order to expedite a refund I filed a dispute of the charges with my credit card company. I won't deal with this company again.

Just ordered for the first time with RJP wholesale absolutely amazing customers service. Somebody stole my parcel from mail room and I just emailed them but I never expected replacement items again because it wasn’t their fault. What a excellent customer service respond right away and replacement items at no cost to me and delivered super fast. So enjoyed and fully satisfying with their service I truly appreciate it a lot!! Fully confidence I would definitely highly recommend shopping from RJP wholesale stores they do an incredible amazing job!!!
