Just like every other review, the front staff are rude and unprofessional. Why the management doesn't address this is beyond me! They talk about patients behind their backs and gossip about coworkers and their personal lives loud enough for everyone to hear. Advertising a good environment for patients stops at the front door.

I believe this clinic has changed ownership in the last year or 2. This is a good Doctors office, and i will and have recommend it to friends. As for wait times, I would rather a doctor take the time and care with a patient then brush them out the door with out proper care.
No one persons time is more valuable then anyone else and that goes for all medical facilities.response / report this review -

The Doctors I have seen at the clinic are professional and helpful. Appointments are quick but I usally leave feeling satisfied. However the people who work reception are definitely rude. Even when calling to book an appointment you often a blunt can I but you on hold. Not a bad clinic but their reception staff could learn some manors and I might feel better about going to see my Doctor.

I just switched to Dr. Ramadan after seeing multiple doctors for my knee pain that no one else would treat or even look at because I'm "too young to be disabled". He is such an amazing doctor. However, the front desk staff is. unorganized at best. My first time there, I needed forms signed for a surgery, and they booked me, then turned me away, then brought me in right away, all in the span of 20 minutes.

Never go this place again, worst experience ever. The front desk staff is rude. When I try to ask for information, they are not listen what I'm talking about and interrupt me when I'm talking. I took my 2year old daughter to see the doctor, and the doctor's name is Rania Hanna. we waited half hour to get in… once we see the doctor, she even doesn't take a look at my daughter, just print a form and ask us leave, and it takes less than a minute. She seems very rushed, and don't want to explain anything to us. Nothing solved and my daughter is still in pain.

The Doctors are good but the front staff are absolutely horrible!! They are beyond rude and unprofessional. From not returning phone calls to discussing a patients personal medical information at the desk after he got called back to see the Doctor.
Until yesterday I used to be in the office once a week. There's more gossip going on than work, which would explain why my referrals and faxes never got sent. If they aren't wandering around tipping then they are out front smoking.
Absolutely appaling. Doctor Hanna was wonderful, but the front staff kept messing up my file resulting in my disability payments being late in December and January and non existent in February and now for March.response / report this review -

all of the docs at this clinic are Excellent doctors. Words cannot describe how good of a doctor Dr Ramadan is. His knowledge, compassion, empathy and attention make him one of the best doctors I have ever met. He takes time to fully understand what is wrong and discusses different options. When you have an appointment with him, his one and only focus is YOU. I trust his judgement and knowledge as he has helped me tremendously, He has been helping me with removing quite a few moles for me as well he spot one of them when I had my last physical and I was lucky that found to be early cancerous in one of them and was removed in good time , thanks a lot .

Sorry about sounding negative. I'm a biochemistry major, and strong evidence plays an important role in my health decisions. I would give it more, but I wasn't convinced of the diagnosis. The evidence was weak for the condition and is prone to confirmation bias from experienced doctors. They were fast, helpful, and suggested I doctors. That was good advise. They also informed me of possible problems with the diagnosis which was accurate. So overall knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. :)

This clinic is absolutely amazing! The staff and doctors are beyond nice and helpful. They are great with children. Wait times are usually pretty good for a walk in clinic considering it is a very busy clinic. Any other walk in I have gone to I have waited at least 2-3 hours. Clinic has been newly renovated and it is very clean. I have nothing negative to say. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to this clinic.

Absolutely disgusted just called was on hold for over 10 minutes just to be a new patient for them to demand my health care number and when I stated I would rather give that in person she kinda just went with it and made the appointment. Then a few hours later a very snobby lady call me and demanded they need this number, after calling with no caller ID , I'm sorry but I don't understand when every other doctors office I made appointments with made no such request why you need this right now. Then when I said I don't feel comfortable she continued to say "well like it's a doctors office" multiply times, told her she can cancel my appointment and thank you for the attitude and she said what ever and hung on me.. Good luck!
