I went in August 17, I had been sick with a cold for almost 7 days and knew it was getting worse. Instead of Dr Mitchell listening to my history and what my doctor gives me, told it was viral and would not give me the regular prescriptions. She could have sent me for chest X-rays. She could have been interested in my medical history, but she was not interested. Sometimes the sick patient knows what they are talking about! Take the time to listen. I offered my doctors number for her to call, she again was not interested. Now I am waiting for X-ray results for pneumonia. Thanks for not caring and wasting taxpayer funds!

I've NEVER Had A Bad Visit Or Was Treated Negatively By ANY Member of The Office Staff Or ANY of The Doctors At Ridgeview Medical Clinic.
YES It's A Very BUSY Medical Office, But I've Always Been Treated With Respect & I've NEVER Had a "Rushed Appt" or Been Misdiagnosed. The Drs Are Very Thorough With Everything. If My Dr Was Running Behind, I've Still Been Able To Have My FULL Appointment, No Matter How Longresponse / report this review -

The doctor and staff were great: competent, gentle, efficient and fast. As a non resident, I had to pay for the consult and price was pretty fair.

I've lived in Canmore for almost 5 years. I've never had a horrible experience here. The staff are friendly and professional and all the Doctors I've seen have been caring, supportive and attentive. The only down-fall is the turn-over rate of Doctors, but in this community it is expected to happen. So not a bad thing, just a note to self really. Great place to get better!

We have been patients here for many, many years and have always had the best of care. We don't usually have to wait long for appointments with our family doctor, but the walk-in clinic is great backup. Best recommendation: the nurses and other staff at our hospital prefer this clinic over all others in town.

Best Medical Clinic I've ever walked into. Front desk girls are amazing..So so friendly. I know people don't go see there doctor because everything is perfect but all my experiences here are very nice

I agree with Darcy Taylor, this was by far the worst clinic I've ever been too, She tried to tell me that there was no such thing as what I was trying to tell her that I have, but there is cause I've done my research and she sent me off telling me I need to make an appointment with a family doctor. She does not care about you or anything. Looks more like she's in it for the money more than actually helping people. I will never step foot in there again. She succcckkkkss
