Interesting interior: we sat in the small addition and we're fascinated with the table and chairs. To say they were solid is to not give enough credit to the 4x4s holding up the tables. Good breakfast menu with lots of the standard choices. Typical diner coffee, aka weak coffee. The only reason that I gave it a 3 star is that a place that is called Restaurant Des Erables- The Maples should have maple syrup on the plate and not the nasty sugar syrup we were given. Hindsight you could have asked for it as an extra but never thought that it would be needed.
