  It is by far the largest florist shop in all of Calgary with the biggest selection of flowers and floral arrangements. Just as soon as you walk in the door you are both greated by an amazing aroma of fresh flowers as well as very friendly and helpful staff!

  I have used Red Rose Florists for years. Everyone who has received flowers from me via Red Rose rave about how lovely they are. And compared to other flower shops they are reasonably priced.

  Obviously, when you take a look at pic #2 (flower shop picture), it looks elegant and expensive flowers that would people appreciate or love it once it has been delivered to someone that is special or important to you that you want to delivered it to. It a shame that in pic # 1 is what my mom received from this flower shop. I called the shop and talked to the person that was dealing with me (Amber) and gave me their email address to write my complaint but what a fool, the email address she gave me was not a valid email address. But it is okay, KARMA is just around the corner and i believe in it.
  I just wanted my mom's birthday to be extra special and let her know that those flowers are special like she is to me, but this shop did not even put an effort to make the flower they sent to my mom as presentable as it is in their website picture. The flower vase that was delivered to my mom was cheap and missing ribbon. Roses were supposed to be 6 but only put 4 (want to resell the other 2 to make more money huh!) lastly, no cards and delivery person is poor in instruction. You may fool your customer but not GOD.

  I would give a six star review if I could, I ordered a bouquet for my grandmother weeks ago, to be delivered to the hospital, however, given that she was in ICU, she was unable to receive them so the florist called and explained that they would hold off until she was out of that unit. She ended up staying in the unit longer than anticipated, however, somehow, before I even knew she was out, Red Rose Florist did, and the beautiful bouquet was delivered. I am beyond thrilled with their excellent customer service!

  Really disappointed with them...
  Person who lies like that should never work in such a beautiful industry.
  I will make sure she will be punished for the lie to the customer.
  Her name is Beckie.
  So i ordered flowers for my mother to deliver them to the hospital.
  I was told they can be delivered in the hospital with no problems, that was the main reason i ordered flowers.
  Next morning Beckie calls me and tells that "they tried deliver it there but flowers were not accepted in this department in the hospital". Then i asked if they tried to leave flowers to receptionist and she said yes.
  2 reasons that Beckie is lier and Red rose florist loosing clients because of her:
  1) I called hospital and receptionist told me that nobody came with flowers today and they ARE ALLOWED in the hospital.
  2) Couple hours later i called back red rose to ask about my delivery and honest woman answered the phone, she told me that delivery was NEVER sent yet because the bouquet i ordered online from different site was discontinued 6 months ago.
  But "honest" Beckie told me that they tried delivery it to the hospital but it did not work.
  
  Will never ever do business with them because of that reason and will tell all my friends and family.

  I've always ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my mom in Calgary as I'm in Vancouver. This is the worst experience. The flower is okay but way smaller and less impressive than the 60+ dollars i paid. I ordered a "I love you" ballon and it was not delivered. Will not order here again.

  Ordered flowers for mothers day and the entire experience was terrible!! Our flowers were awful and extremely disappointing. We ordered them online and received a call saying we would not get the flowers we ordered for the price that was online because they under charged the arrangement that was online. I was told I would get beautiful flowers once the mix up was solved which they knew was their mistake but instead I got lousy and small bud roses compared to what the online photo showed. I understand the online picture can never be guaranteed but these were seriously bad. They threw in 4 regular size rose buds and the rest were super tiny. I added a few photos of the online image and the actual one we got and you can clearly see the size difference and the half fast job of an arrangement we were delieverd. Anyone could have done a better job arranging this bouquet. I would highly recommend others who will be ordering from here in the future to really look around for other florist shops!!!

  I am very disappointed because the real bouquets look totally different than one you order online. They look fresh, delivered on time, but they are not clear about how many flowers you get on your money. In this way they can give you less even if you by the biggest one. And I strongly suggest you should be very clear with them what you want ( number of flowers ) else, they will take advantage of you.

  The last handful of times I ordered flowers, I ordered through Red Rose. The flowers are always beautiful. Today I ordered flowers late accidently because I got busy at work. A lady named Becky called around 12:40PM and asked if they weren't able to make it today, would they be able to do it tomorrow. I told her yes, of course, but advised if they make it today, it would be great. Next thing I know, at 2PM, my mum received the flowers already! Great service, and so accommodating. Thank you, my mum was so happy!

  Called from Texas to get flowers for a funeral in Calgary the following day. (1st call was to a different shop with lots of ratings but got nervous when they had no idea where church was and didn't sound interested). So I called RED ROSE based on the Google reviews and sure glad I did,
  they were great, I spoke with AMBER. While we were on phone she checked to confirm service time and found out order had to get there today. Amber took care of details 100% as we had to rush slightly to meet the churches delivery requirements for this afternoon. Glad I called Amber and Red Rose and recommend them highly.
