Extremely poor customer service. Went in for an appointment booked 1 week in advance to open a Direct Investing account. After a substantial wait and being completely ignored we left. Both my wife and I had to leave work early and pay the nanny extra hours to make this appointment with Laurie, but she had more important things to do.
