It's off the highest highway elevation wise in Canada, so you might feel short of breath. However I had no problem with it. The bottom is a bit buggy, but you soon start the climb and they disappear. It is fairly steep, but the path is pretty good and I didn't have a problem with it. once you reach the stop it's a really cool valley at the top of the mountains with a creak running through it. There is a little path going around it and then you head back down. Took us about 2 hours with people who aren't used to doing any higher altitude hikes.

Fantastic hike in the Autumn, surrounded by larches.

Excellent little hike. A bit of a climb at the start but easily manageable and well worth it for the views.

Wonderful place to visit, has great high altitude meadows. The striations in the rocks are really interesting. Expect a comb at the beginning of the hike but well worth the views you'll have into the valley!
