  Very accessible, via car or transit. I work in downtown and take bus 302, so it's very convenient for me to just get off the stop close to their clinic.
  It was my first time here, and I switched my clinic (doctor) to PrimeCare. The staffs were polite and assisted me with my request to transfer my health records from my old family doctor to PrimeCare. My doctor was nice and professional as well. The clinic was clean and new.

  The most infuriating experience with a doctor I've ever had in my life. If I could give Dr. Rai less than one star I would. When I asked for a 2nd opinion specialist referral I was accused of "doctor shopping" and when I mentioned I had another question to ask, all related to the same condition, her response was "I'm already over my time, but what?".
  
  I also just called to make sure my referral made it to the right place, and found out its been sitting for almost 2 weeks and hasn't been sent yet.

  my old family doctors was just way to busy and not organized one bit. The doctor was amazing however he had way too many patients and I think that affected how things were run. I ended up switching to Prime Care Health in the Douglas Glen. I am so happy I did, when I make an appointment I am in on time if not earlier, where as at my old doctors it would still be an hour even though I made an appointment. Also every time I did a walk in I was in in no time. I am so happy I switched, the staff are amazing and very helpful. I am so happy to have them so close to home is a bonus. Dr Rai is so sweet and I am really happy to have her as my family doctor, she is caring and actually listens to you, she doesn't try and rush you :)
  
  The only thing I hope they do is eventually be open on Sundays, for some reason that's when my family decides to get sick! ha ha
  
  Update for physiotherapy at this place - seen Josh and he is pretty cool. He educates you on your injury and how to safely get better with exercises and strething. He is really nice and down to earth :) keep up the great work Josh!

  They have massage!!! Elaine is really awesome, she educates you on your muscles and gives you a few stretches to help stretch them out while she is massaging them. I learned so much. She gets right in to the muscle which is what you want when your getting a deep tissue massage. I had the best massage in years!! I recommend her. You can just go to the front desk where you book your appointments for your doctor and that is where you can book for physio and massage. The best part is they direct bill. They have these services at their other locations too.
  
  It's also been a year since I started going to this doctors office and it's still awesome the staff is amazing, my doctor and other doctors are awesome as well. The best part your not waiting hours to see your doctor not even if you just walk in.
  
  I recommend the doctors, physio and massage services to everyone!!

  This is by far the best clinic I have ever been to. Dr.Cecile Henderson is very informative with a great bedside manner. I never feel rushed and always leave feeling I have been educated about whatever issues I was in to inquire about. The wait times are short and all the staff are welcoming and accommodating. A few times I had to see another Dr. because she way away and both who stepped in were super helpful and made me feel very comfortable- the adjoining Douglasglen Pharmacy is also amazing! Super fast, friendly and helpful.

  The people at the front desk are always friendly and professional, they get everything done in a timely manner. Dr. Rai is wonderful, she listens to my concerns and will always take time to answer my questions. Dr. Nair is also wonderful, helping me figure out what works for me, she isn't afraid to admit when she doesn't know something, and will always get back to me with answers.

  The best clinic Doctor Dapo always ask how's everything and for me that's so nice of him asking how's the family and the kids doing makes me feel good as a family doctor great job Doc and the stop too have a great day guys😊

  Waiting period was too less. Staff is well organised and friendly. It is open until 7 pm so we can visit after school and office hours.

  I took my son to the walk-in, today (Nov 11) I was so happy they were open, no wait times. We saw Dr.Mary she was amazing with my son really took her time to listen to all my concerns, made my 3 year old feel very comfortable, gave us a diagnosis ( ear infection) and even asked that we follow up with her in a few days. It's not often you come across such an amazing walk-in doctor.

  I moved from BC three years ago, and have been without a family doctor during that time. I could not be more grateful that I found Dr. Alisha Rai! She is warm, welcoming, funny, and makes you feel completely at ease! She is also very caring and knowledgeable, and my husband has now switched to her too! The staff are incredible! Warm and friendly always! The wait times are very short (if at all), for my appointments, and I never feel rushed when I go in to see her. Which I have always felt with every other Doctor. Couldn't ask for better! So grateful I found them!
