  Kyle who addressed on duct cleaning was amazing. He was kind, professional, and explained the steps he would be taking to service our home. He also gave us great tips on keeping our furnace filters cleaned. What Power Vac likely does not know, we own a property management firm with thousands of units, because of Kyle, we will be adding Power Vac to our preferred vendor list.

  Steven was great. He was very professional and friendly. He kept me informed on the progress he was making when cleaning our duct work. I've always used Power Vac to clean our ducts, but this time the technician went above and beyond.

  Power Vac did an excellent job doing our duct & vent cleaning in brantford. The service tech, Vlad, was on time and did a very thorough job especially considering we just moved into a new house and the vents had clearly never been cleaned before - they were so smelly and gross, full of years of pet hair and debris. After Vlad had finished the cleaning & sanitization it was so much better I could actually put my nose right in the vent and there was 0 smell anymore only the clean sanitized smell! :) We also have a very tight crawl space where our furnace is located so it was not easy to get to but they were still able to get the job done thoroughly. I would recommend Power Vac to anyone looking to get there ducts cleaned! Thank You!

  5 ☆ review. This young man Kyleamazing, very professional, considerate, courteous and very customer oriented. Explained everything to me as to what to expect. He even continously took his workboots off(even though he didn't have too). Not an ounce of mess left either. An absolute great company to deal with. Way to go Power Vac!! You'll be in my home again in a year. Totally pleased.

  Zakk cleaned our hvac system and dryer vent the other day and did a great job, also showing us how dirty it was beforehand. He was very friendly and showed up exactly on time. Also, very professional and mindful of our cat who was wandering around our home at the time. There were no hidden costs or upsells, just the standard price that we had agreed upon. I would recommend their services, you won't get scammed like other duct cleaning companies.
