This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I booked online. When I arrived the Receptionist told me he had received the online booking but had not opened the email. Eventually I was sat for a manicure. A mani, pedi took 2.5 hours and was very poor quality two of my nails were cut and filed so short they are still causing discomfort the next day. At one point I had to move my car and came back to employees arguing outside the doors. When I went to pay with a gift certificate they told me they would not accept it because ownership had changed. They were selling identical gift certificates and mine did not have an expiry date. I am so angry I paid them a cent of my money. The owner was incredibly rude and I will never return and I will make sure to tell as many people as possible about this experience.

I highly recommend "Posh Nails " salon specially for threading and eyebrows. It's a very clean place and friendly staffs. And also it's a best wax treatment I have ever had, so fast and my skin was not irritated at all.

This is the CLEANEST place in West Van to get your nails done. I caught a nail fungus from one of the high turn over places that doesn't sterilize the equipment properly. Before my first appointment I made sure the equipment is fully sterilized and the plastic bag is used as a lining of the foot basin.

I'm a fussy client when it comes to quality too, but Paris and her Team always do a phenomenal job.

I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I've been going for laser hair removal for over a year and am thrilled with the results. Paris is very helpful and thorough.

Additionally, my daughter and I enjoy "girl time" together with manicures and pedicures and find the whole ambiance delightful.

Paid $300 for laser hair removal for 6 sessions and only received one. the owner's reaction and rudeness was beyond comprehension when I asked to re schedule an appointment. at that point I decided not to continue with them and asked for refund for the unused part of the service. She refused shouting insults at me. So I gave it up and let her keep the money. Never ever experienced such an unprofessionalism and insanity from any businesses I've dealt with in my entire life.

The owner, Paris, was very rude and very arrogant during my visit, she made it very uncomfortable for me to come in and receive a relaxing service - my experience was just terrible.
Reading some of these reviews, it became evident she is hiring people to write 5-star reviews.
The laser hair removal machines are quite older models, as I have done my background research on the current technologies in laser hair removal.
I just found out from a friend that the laser machines are second hand, bought from a previously closed down business for $1000. She charged me over $800 for laser hair removal, but I have yet to obtain my service. BIG SCAM! Clients are definitely being ripped off. I filed a complaint and called her and asked her for my money back to no avail. Also, the staff often speak Farsi to each other in front of clients which personally made me feel very alienated, uncomfortable, and insecure - I didn't know what they were saying and if they were talking about me behind my back.
BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND THE BUSINESS OWNER, PARIS! Awful, awful, awful!

I did not enjoy this place at all! Staff were not very accommodating to when I wanted to come in for my appointment. When I finally got there, the interior was nice, the decor was simple and sweet, but I had an awful experience. I went in for a manicure and the owner, Paris I think, tried to up sell me the whole time. It was very annoying and not at all relaxing! As I got in to do my manicure, I noticed the station and around it was not very clean. There was clear evidence that they hadn't spent very much time cleaning and sanitizing, as I could see skin and nail bits all around from previous clients. It made me feel sick just being there. A few hours after leaving the salon, the nail polish on one of my nails got ruined - I was very upset as I spent so much time and money and it had already been ruined. I called back to see if they would re-do that one nail and the owner was very rude, saying it was my fault and so they wouldn't help me out. I wouldn't recommend this place. There are many, many other salons that I would recommend before this place.
