  I have been going to polo park Dental for about 5 years now. The facility is nice and clean and the workers are diligent. I would definitely recommend Marie, she does an amazing job. I only like to book with her.

  I made a mistake in telling my partner that my coverage included dental when in fact it had not yet kicked in. She had made an appointment and upon learning she didn't have coverage the options were either pay full bill today ($300) or pay $75 for no show fee. No option for rebooking, no recognizing mistakes happen. Blows my mind they would rather have $75 right now then a continued long term client.

  I have been to many dentists but I’m really like Polo Park Dental. They are clean and staff are very friendly. I like that they are open in the evening so I don’t need to miss any work. I would recommend Polo Park Dental to my friends and family!

  Always get good quality work done. They do not do unnecessary work for extra profit like some. Staff are friendly and courteous. Office is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. Would recommend to everyone.

  Ashamed to say I hadn't gone to the dentist for a year or so. The office was so clean and decor was welcoming and bright. From the minute I walked in all the staff members we so kind, friendly and smiling even though they were all probably on their last clients. (I had my appointment at 7:20pm). From the check in, to cleaning and my check up - it all ran smoothly. Everything was explained to me, all my questions were answered. Even the lady cleaning my teeth made it as comfortable as it could be. I couldn't be happier with my desicion to switch dentist. Thank you Polo Park Dental and the amazing staff.

  I've been to a lot of dentists. There's a reason I drive all the way across town even after moving away to continue to come here. From start to finish Dr Lau and his team is incredibly fast, professional, and does an excellent job with modern equipment and a beautiful new office. Best dentist I've ever had. Highly recommend!

  My daughter (now 17) and I have been going to Dr Lau and his team since 2003. I feel badly for the few one-star reviewers because in all these years, we have never had a negative experience. Super helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff, almost no wait time, and a lovely facility. Also the referrals we have been given to other dental professionals (orthodontics, periodontal surgeons) were top-notch, too. I personally can't say enough about Polo Park Dental.

  I wanted to give a big thanks to all the staff at Polo Park Dental!! They got me in so fast for my dental emergency. I walked in stressed and worried but they were so caring and kind that I left the office relieved and with a big smile. I would recommend them to everyone including all my friends and family!   I've been going to Polo Park Dental going back to when Dr. A. Frankel Sr. was still practising. A very modern, beautiful facility with state of the art equipment. Have always been more than happy with the care and service I've been getting there for 30+ years. Dr. H. Frankel is soft spoken, very professional, personable and caring. After a procedure he will call me at home to be sure everything is OK. His assistants Bonnie and Chris are also tremendous, as are the hygienists, as well as the reception and office staff. Have never had a bad experience, and highly recommend!
