  November 23,2017 I went to plumbateria for supplies for a valve for a outside water service for my house. Hai Nguyen was very helpful, and provided me with right material.

  Save yourself the time and go see the experts at Plumbateria.
  
  Went to 2x home depots, Lowe's AND Rona... Looking for a faucet hose. Go figure, they only carry 1 kind on the floor... And we kind of need water in the kitchen sink now.
  
  After running all around, I went to Plumbateria. Showed them the hose and connection for the faucet... He disappeared for about 30 seconds and said here you go.... WHAT... Just like that?
  
  Will definitely be saving the time next time and coming to these guys.
  
  Thank you again. We now have water in the kitchen again =D

  A knowledgeable and well inventoried business that cannot match any other plumbing supplies business' in Southern Alberta. We have mistakenly gone to other places (for our four high-end but 25 year old bathroom replacement parts) thinking we would give them a try but no one (i.e. the Hulk plumbing store) has been able to supply the parts and give accurate advise like Plumbateria has.

  At first I thought these guys were being difficult when I was trying to change a 50 yr old brass tub faucet as the technician (Hai) wanted me to remove the insert which I knew was going to be impossible but what where I realized his intentions were genuine was when he said "listen I don't want to sell you the wrong part" I went along with it. He then further guided me as to what I would need done.
  They were the only plumbing store in Calgary ( I checked 5) to have one what had a brass finish so I said fine, hired a plumber to help me as the original housing was seized. At this point ... I would have left a 4 star review but then the new faucet was leaky. Took it back and after showing the technician (Hai) a video he said no problems, took the faucet and ordered me a new one, no questions asked.
  If you want plumbing experts or a unique one of a kind look.... look no further.

  Purchased a part that I needed quick. Staff were knowledgeable but I discovered after that the identical part including part # cost 45% less at Amre Supply down the road. Was advised that the part could not be returned as it was removed from plastic wrap. This will be my final trip there .

  I went in looking to replace my shower spout because it was leaking. The spout has a unique finish, so I was prepared to pay a large sum for a replacement. I was met by Craig, whom I told that I needed a replacement. To my surprise, he informed me that they had a repair kit for it, which saved me a lot of money. Not only did he save me money, but he stood at the counter and replaced the broken part for me on the spot, no questions asked. Great service Craig!

  Needed replacement parts for a Price/Pfister shower setup. Another major dept store didn't have them. The sales associate at Plumbateria took one look and asked me one question and knew the rights parts instantly. Really great customer service. Very pleased!
