Just got off the phone with a useless CSR. Store 40 always screws up my order, and their food is terrible - lacking in toppings and baking. Ordering online, I'm stuck with this garbage. I called to order from Store 73, which is literally 300 m from my building. Rather than take my order, Pizza Nova argued that Store 40 has good food yadda yadda... long story short, ordered from Mamma's instead. Your service is terrible, and so is your food. Total failure.
