  Pretty awful service from this dealership. we bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee brand new from when it was McLaughlin's. Got the master shield coating applied, only they did it wrong and blocked the drainage holes in all 4 doors which led to them filling with water. They resolved this by blowing out the drainage holes with an air compressor, that blew debris all over the insides of the doors and windows, THAT led to huge scratches on my windows (which they replaced thankfully). We've also had a squeaking rear seat from day of purchase, had it "fixed" 3 separate times (they've only recorded it as once) and now it's "out of warranty". Instructions were not followed to fix this ongoing issue per service bulletin 23-021-15. Also had them perform a recall on the trans axle wiring harness and immediately after noticed that the steering wheel didn't lock when the car was off (confirmed that the steering wheel doesn't actually lock on this vehicle, just assumed it did) but when I called in and told Brian my concern he told me "if it was my vehicle, I wouldn't even worry about it, I'd actually be happy it doesn't lock". I called FCA customer care, they basically just told me to call the dealership back and resolve it with them, thanks for all the "care" FCA! All that being said, I don't think we will be buying another FCA vehicle in the future and definitely not going back to Perth County Chrysler.

  I am writing this review with so much disappointment that I can not measure. I bought a 2012 dodge grand caravan SE/SXT with only 87000km on it with certified an e-tested and 1 month/2000km warranty In June 2017. Within a day of my purchase I noticed a loud squeaky noise from front brake. I took the car back to them and they told me its just a stone on your brake pad that is making the noise (what a liar!!). I took the car for an oil change right after the warranty expired, I was informed that the front & rear brake calipers were seized and the squeaky noise is due to that, rear brake pad was very low, brake master cylinder was internally bleeding causing very loose braking. I had to do all this repair out of my pocket ($2000). Just imagine , how are they selling such certified vehicle to innocent people and doing such corruption. Murry and Ben was my sales executive. I curse you guys.
  
  Please try your best to refrain from this dealer. They are blood sucker..

  I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee last week, and I LOVE it! The staff was really helpful and easy going. They were able to answer my list of questions and even answered questions I hadn't thought of!
