Good selection of Halloween costumes and party accessories. The service could be better although it was very busy when I was there.

Amazing. Go in, pick your costume provide the person with the ipad the number and a minute later it will be ready for pick up. Even dressing rooms to try on.

Good store for all your party needs. The store has a wide selection of items all kinds of parties. The store is also a good place to buy children and adult Halloween costumes.

With being the only party store, and the busy season approaching hiring for seasonal should really start earlier. The lines are way too long, and too much for one cashier to handle. If you have backup cashiers they should be called when you have 3 or more customers. Other then that, the different themes they have for children are very cute and current.

Staff fit well with Halloween Decorations. Completely lifeless and not interested in helping customers. I've seen people spend tons of money on balloons here only to be bitterly disappointed. Save your money and go to Dollar Tree. My favourite part is when I buy about 10 small/medium sized items then they ask if I want a bag.ummm "no, I'll just put these paper plates and napkins in my pocket, and carry the loot bags on my head.

Nice assortment of party items. They are busiest around Halloween but are open to midnight during the month of October 7 days a week

You find a lot of cool little toys etc for loot bags at a very reasonable price. Sometimes you find keepsake and collectible things as well. They have something for every occasion.

Great selection of anything you might need to host a themed or colour-coordinated event. These people are not big on service and other than pointing you vaguely to an aisle, you're not going to get much help.

I Went in a week before my son's baptism to preorder my balloon arrangement. I took my time and specifically picked the colours of eight latex balloons (2 baby blues, 2 pearly whites, 2 silvers and 2 Aqua) to compliment the two foil balloons in my arrangement. I even had a staff member blow up four of the balloons to see how my arrangement would look once done. It looked great, so they put all my balloons in a ziplock bag with my order form and said see you on pick up day. My husband went to pick up the order this evening and upon returning home I realized that the order was WRONG!!! The eight latex balloons were all one colour.Aqua. Not to mention the ribbon they used to tie by balloons was navy blue.NOTHING in my order was navy blue. Clearly Party City has dropped the ball on customer service and customer satisfaction. If your employees won't take the time to look at a customer's order form, why have it in the first place?!? Now I'm going to have a bunch of balloons that don't match the colour scheme of the party on my son's special day..thanks Party City. I did my part as the customer and filled out your order form with the understanding that you would read and fulfill my order. Now it's up to you Party City, to stop playing the ass and get your act together.this order was very simpleI don't know how you could f**k it up.
