I this place several times, very mediocre pedicure was done, but my biggest disappointment and frustration was with shellac and dip powder manicure, which didn’t last more than 1-2 days. Employees in the beginning are nice, non stop talking to each other in foreign language. The problem starts when you are back after 1-3 days with chipped shellac and cracked dip powder nails. They “fix” your nails just by applying another shellac layer which chipped very next day. For dip powder they blamed me, my nails and told me they have never seen cracked dip powder nails after 2 days of application. In reality vertical cracked lines are very well known problem with dip powder when it is not applied correctly. I did my investigation. Several technicians gathered around me, they started to take pictures of my nails and talk their language. In the beginning they suggested me to go to 35 Bathurst location, where I had the only time dip powder done which stayed without any chipping or cracking for 4 weeks. But after phone conversation with 35 Bathurst location they decided to refuse me and they told me the technician who did your nails no longer works there, which was obvious lie, as I called earlier and I was told she is not working on Thursday.
They decided to refund my money, they took off the layers of dip powder and I was left with damaged, thin like papers nails, which started to brake the next day.
Waste of money, time and nerves. I don’t recommend this place.

Organic Nail Bar is the place to go! Not only are they affordable, they do an amazing job. Every photo I’ve shown them, they have been able to recreate it perfectly. If you’re looking for a new nail salon, definitely go to one of the many locations Organic has. Every location is great!

I am a regular at the 26 Bathurst St location and I always request Lucy, she is the best! She listens attentively to what you are asking for, is always professional and polite. Lucy works fast (which I love) yet my nails come out looking amazing! I highly recommend you request Lucy if you choose this location!

Lee is an absolutely gifted technician! He is so friendly and his filing skills are fantastic and I always leave knowing my hands are chip free for at LEAST two and half weeks. The atmosphere is calming, pretty and it’s clearly very clean. I’m so glad I found this spot and will be returning!!

I have been going to this nail salon for 5 years and will refuse to go elsewhere. Clover is the best nail tech in the city-hands down. She is so sweet and amazing at what she does. I always have a great experience when I go here. Everyone is very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this nail salon!

Great service. Love the dipping just concerned about the fact that everyone is dipped into the same powder. Just read this it is unsanitary hopefully management can look into this to make everyone feel safer. Other that that great service and prices.

Update: They’ve made big improvements since my last review. I come here very frequently to get dipping powder done on my nails. They have very experienced nail technicians and I’m very happy with the result.

This is a decent nail price with good price. It's a hit or miss though - sometimes I get really good nail technicians, sometimes it's not the best. They are all very nice and sweet. If you have any issues, you can let them know and they are happy to accommodate. I come here regularly for my nails. Hope the quality control can be better to ensure all staff are trained to provide the same level of services.

Very great first experience, the nail technician was very fast, efficient and friendly, I really love my nails. The front reception was very welcoming and very helpful and informative. So happy with my last visit to Organic Nail Bar in Fort York! Lisa did an incredible set of dipping nails. She took her time and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Every nail is symmetrical, a truly perfect set. Could not be happier, so thank you Lisa!
