Very diligent and professional. Furnace stopped working, called One Stop and they were very responsive. Technician came right on time and was very professional. Gave and honest assessment of what needed to be done and performed the work. Left the work area as clean as it was before technician performed work.

Outstanding customer support! They not only responded quickly, but they also accommodated all of my demands, provided me with fair options, and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. They really care for your happiness and went through it with you in great detail. I am incredibly happy!

We had a really positive experience using One Stop Heating and Air Conditioning. We had been working with another company and our furnace broke and needed to be replaced. A friend recommended that we contact Anthony. He was very responsive and was able to get us a new furnace by the end of a weekend. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, accommodating and ultimately very responsive to our needs. We really appreciated it!

I were seriously considering buying a new furnace altogether but decided we should at least get a professional opinion on whether a repair job would suffice. I am definitely happy that I decided to get that professional opinion and thanks to this team, the furnace is working perfectly. Saved me a lot of time, and a lot of cash. Happily recommend the One Stop Heating & Air Conditioning!

Last night my furnace was out of order. I was worried whole night in this cold day. In the morning, I called the office for repair. The customer service arranged the service well and efficiently, which made me relief immediately. Antony came to my house at his earliest time and fixed the problem right away. He also inspected the furnace and advised me the issues of the filter system. He provided me his professional opinions about the filters and furnace maintenance. They did an excellent job in this service. I appreciate it. Thank you very much!
