The sales team helped me find what I was looking for and came to my house and had everything installed in a very professional matter.   We have been dealing with One Stop for about five years and have purchased bbqs, wood stoves and, most recently, we special-ordered a free-standing gas fireplace with all the materials needed to install it. We have only great experiences to share! The showroom is always wonderful to walk through with many operational fireplaces (to help you make your decisions) and some lovely home decor gifts. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous and the products are well-priced. If you are in the market for a BBQ, fireplace or any accessories, check out One Stop. You will be glad you did!

  My husband and I bought a Napoleon BBQ here 4 summers ago now. Our experiences with BBQ's up until now were that they wore out and had to be replaced...... that was until we bought our Napoleon!! 4 summers later it is as good as new!! No rust, grates still perfect, stands as well as it did the day the One Stop Staff delivered it and assembled it!!
  The staff was professional, led us in the direction to the BBQ that met our needs... we were not pressured into the most expensive one!! It was the one perfect for our family and for how we like to entertain!!
  The BBQ was delivered promptly and set up perfectly!!
  Thank you One Stop!! I'm coming for the Big Green Egg next!!

  Was advised not to shop at "one stop" however ignored the advice. Was tempted by their cheap prices and smooth sales. The post-sales service was poor. Installation charges excess, communication was poor and male owner was aggressive. We lost over $700 with nothing to show for it. Buyer beware.

  Joe blow special! These guys have no idea what they are doing when it comes to installing a wood stove. Came to the house 6+ times over two months and still unable to get the stove installed properly. On top of that, no time management when it came to the appointment times. Never on time and never estimated appropriate time slots to complete the job. Go elsewhere to someone who is wett certified!

  We purchased a fireplace last fall and were well guided as to which model would suit our needs. The installation happened when promised. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and took pride in what they did. Best of all was Rob, the boss...when the controls where accidently moved and we couldn't get the pilot back on (our fault), Rob actually drove out the next morning, HIMSELF to help us! A big thank you to him for going above and beyond the call!
  Great customer service, great product!
