  Great Japanese cheesecake, always fresh, hot, fluffy and tasty. As good, if not better (more pronounced taste but less fluffy), the day after from the fridge. Toronto location always has a long queue

  Fresh baked is super fluffy and jingling, so easy to go down. But personally I prefer to keep it in fridge overnight , it will have stronger cheesecake taste and texture will change as well
