Wife and I needed to replace carpets in our home, new it was going to be expensive. Called several places for estimates, most were outrageously high, reached out to Nu Way and we were pleasantly surprised. Ryan came out with several samples and explained everything to us, answering all of our questions. The booking, removal an installation was seamless ;) and the installers were very professional and courteous. New carpets look amazing and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Incredible value, great customer service, would highly recommend them!

We would recommend NuWay to anyone looking to update their floors. We updated the carpet throughout our house, had custom gym floor installed and had them re-finished the hardwood.

From start to finish, the team was helpful, patient and worked with us to ensure that we got just what we needed. They were super respectful of budget as well as our lifestyle and helped steer us in the right direction. The installers were efficient and worked longer hours than we thought, just to ensure that it was done properly without any mess.

All in all, it was a great process and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I built a home with Baywest and Nu-way was the flooring contractor. Everything about this experience was fantastic! Lindsay helped us to make everything as easy as possible when it came to selections. From tile to carpet, paint colours and window coverings she really helped us to create the feel we were going for. We had stopped by our house numerous times during the building process and had the pleasure of meeting some of Nu-ways installers whose attention to detail has not gone unnoticed. We get compliments on our flooring every time someone new comes to our home! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for true professionals.

I bought and got some Cork flooring installed from Nu Way a few years ago. Not only is their Selection Massive, but their customer service/craftsmanship is also incredible. I definitely would do business with these guys again.

The salesperson was very nice, and seemed helpful and knowledgeable throughout the sales process. So I trusted her. First big mistake. The tile is a completely different colour than I had asked for and the carpet does not meet the one requirement I had stated, something a typical consumer wouldn't know, but a qualified flooring professional should know. When presented with this information, I was told there was nothing that could be done because I signed off on the purchase. Period. No accountability on their part that they had provided inaccurate information. No further contact except for a hand-written card thanking me for my purchase - all while knowing they had provided me with zero assistance once they received my money. Purchase your flooring and tile somewhere else.

My contractor hired Nu-Way Floor Fashions to install astro turf in the basement of my home for my golf simulator. After Nu-Way finished installing the carpets I noticed some imperfections. They were

1. Wrinkles in the carpet.
2. According to the manufacturer, the grain of the carpet is suppose to go in the same direction. Nu-Way installed one mat with the grain going vertical and one mat with the grain going horizontal.
3. The height of all the carpet has to be the same level so all carpet is flush.
4. Did not follow manufacturer's installation guidelines.

To this day, Nu-Way refuses to stand by their workmanship. I have tried numerous times to resolve the issue and they refuse to help me. They continue to tell me that it passes industry standards. They have absolutely no customer service and the quality of work is extremely poor. I understand that they operate according to piece work, so their installer rushed through the installation. When their managers were re-inspecting the carpet they told me that I was to picky and rude. That is absolutely not true. Currently, I am taking Nu-Way to court. Please avoid using them, from my experience I would recommend looking for another company.
