  Outstanding customer service !! I couldnt be more impressed with the team at northern cycle. I had the misfortune of cracking an 8 month old frame, the manufacture wasn't eager to warranty there product. As they had only seen that damage in user error accidents. The team at northern cycle stood up for me, fought in my corner and I'm back on the trails with a smile on my face ! I can't thank them enough! I will be a loyal customer for years to come :)

  Since 2005 I have purchased bikes from Northern Cycle, there staff is the best in customer service and after purcase support. They are always willing to assist you in finding the best fit. I will always return

  I've been using Northern Cycle since the mid 90's and have been extremely happy with the bikes and staff
  The owner is very organized and knowledgable. The store is laid out well with plenty of cool clothing .

  Very poor. Had a full service done + parts+new chain. Cost $100. Within a week , had my first puncture in 4 years because they couldn't be bothered to replace the inner-tube mylar protector properly! Took it back expecting corrective free repair, and got charged $22. They "justified" saying it was "Manufacturers defect". That tube had been in 4++ years, and had "defect ????" after their service. That's not just "co-incidental", that's POOR SERVICE !!
  It's easy for them to deny responsibility with ''Manufacturers defect".
  Just not good enough.

  I have been a customer for over 16 years at Northern Cycle and I love this place. Always great service and great repairs. I have used them in a pinch to get my bike fixed before a 24hrs and they got me out the door fully fixed and ready to race in 1 hour. Also great advice for equipment and components when I do my own repairs. Love the boys and girls at Northern and keep up the great work.

  This is a great bike shop with a great staff, a wide inventory, and reasonable prices on merchandise and repairs. I came here to replace my rear wheel and the staff are great (professional, friendly, told me exactly what was wrong and what I needed), and the repair was done reasonably quick given it was the start of the season. I definitely would come again and would highly recommend it to any bike/cycling enthusiast.
