Great customer service with Hussein and this company on a maintenance call for the 10-year-old AC unit. He fixed the problem quickly, provided good advice to help maintain the unit and even fixed a thermostat display issue (just cause). Definitely would recommend this company for your AC needs!

I must leave a review for Nor-Can. I just experienced, if not the best, one of the best customer experiences ever. From the service request call, to the site visit for assessment, to the solution implementation day, to inspecting the job they did and then making payment. Such an amazing experience end to end, truly a professional, proficient and customer focused team is what you get when you call Nor-Can. Great rates and great service! Hussein came and put in two new heat runs, added ventilation for one of my bathrooms and repaired an old ventilation job in the attic. Everything turned out really nice. Very tidy and professional. They were also able to come do the work within a couple weeks of the quote so it was really nice and timely, not having to wait around a long time to get the job started. Would highly recommend!!

I phoned Nor-Can in a panic when it was -40 and my furnace stopped working. Hussein immediately picked up and tried to trouble shoot my furnace issues with me. When we were unable to solve the problem, Hussein was able to schedule a same day visit to fix my issue. I would highly recommend this company. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be using them in the future.

We learnt about Nor-Can Heating by word of mouth from a trusted source. After much research to get an Air-conditioner unit installed over the Summer. Hussein took the time to answer all of our questions no pushy sales advised on the best unit that was within our budget and ideal for the size of our home. Factored decibel, location all these little things matter and that’s what made the difference. We’re extremely happy with the after sales service installation and big shout out to Hussein for always being very Responsive. Highly Recommended!!
