Recently purchased a 2016 Ram from here. Love the product. Nice riding and nice looking truck.
I've purchased several vehicles in the past and have never has such a disappointing experience.
The management team of this dealership however leaves little to be desired. They are disorganized, poor customer service, poor communication, sarcastic and treat their staff less than human. Kudos to the sales team for continuing to work in such a poisonous environment.
I signed my deal based on what I was told. Shame on me for not reading it closely. I guess I expected a man to honor his word. Do not trust what you are told here. Double check everything. I personally will drive out of my way to never use this dealership again.

From start to finish this has been the worst transaction of our lives. This would be our 3rd new purchase from this dealership in 10 years. I will admit my husband is not a experienced consumer and I tried to warn him away after some problems we had with our last purchase, but they certainly took advantage of him and his too trusting nature. He was trading our 2014 RAM 1500 for a 2017 RAM 1500.
His two requests were a red truck if available and a bluetooth radio that would hook up to his phone and a back up camera in the dash. Of course the salesman said he would look for a red one and secondly it would be no problem to swap out the radio for one with a back up camera.
Salesman states no red trucks available in the province and only a white one was available which turned out to be a lie. One was easily found in Auto Trader with all the right options. After he had my husband sign the papers my husband was informed the radio could not be swapped and he would have to manage with a "Garmin" type camera stuck to the front windshield. My husband was told a back up type camera would not fit in the dash. So funny, since our daughter has a RAM 1500j 2107 that has a blue tooth radio with back up camera in the dash.
When he went in to complain they somehow talked him into a $2200 radio and they thought that was a good solution. Now a blue tooth radio with back up camera will fit in the dash when it wouldn't a couple days before. Very curious?? When he came home and spoke with me and my son we showed him how bad a deal this was. When he called the dealership to cancel to the deal he as told he was being held to the contract. The dealership said they now owned our truck.
We contacted OM Vic and they did give us some suggestions but that did 't help us as the deal had gone along too far. We are basically stuck with the truck. We were sent a letter from the dealership telling us the truck was ready.
My husband was called and they told him to switch the insurance for Saturday morning and come get the truck. After he made arrangements with our insurance he gets a call and they tall him the radio can't be installed till next week and he will have to drop the truck off next week leaving him with no transportation for at least one day.
This whole deal has been a series of lies and bait and switches. My husband does need to take some responsibility but the dealership does not take into consideration loyalty for repeat business or worry about customer satisfaction. Their bottom line is to move cars at all costs.
If you have an option use any other dealership in the area. There are many. Avoid Kevin as a sales rep as he obviously doesn't know much about his products but promises the moon and the stars just to get a sale. Also avoid the owners son. He is very thin skinned and needs to take some lessons in customer service.

$60 to program a key. Key and cutting not included. I asked the parts guy if he thought $60 was a reasonable price for a 3-minute job, and he answered "yeah!"

5 bright shiny stars for the service department. Shane and the guys are the best, they got me in right away (twice) when I had urgent repairs needed when the dealership closer to me made me wait almost a week for an appointment. I called Shane and he got me in right away. I will make the drive next time I need my car serviced, love this dealership and their customer service was fantastic. Provide TV and coffee and goodies while you wait. I highly recommend the service department, thanks again guys!!

I thought purchasing a car from a dealership would be a good choice but it's worse then buying a car
off a stranger on the road. These guys just say yes to everything your ask to make you feel comfortable about the vehicle your purchasing , then when I got my corvette the cars passenger side sun blocker and mirror was broken, Kevin the salesperson told me they would give my car a brand new oil change and make sure everything is maintained, the car did not do anything, there detailing is very unprofessional, I had to get a oil change, alignment and other repairs done after purchasing the car! Please don't trust a thing these salesperson say! The general manager doesn't even want to respond back to questions and concerns or to resolve a issue! Worst experience

Purchase a 2016 Jeep Cherokee in late Jan this year. Got a really good deal on it as well reasonable finance rate. Sales manager was very informative, helpful during this experience. Kevin was also helpful and friendly. The down side of this whole experience was it took them almost 2 hours for us to take possession of the jeep and also was never introduced to anyone from the service or parts department. Overall am very happy about my purchase and would recommend this dealership.

I don't understand why these guys are getting butt raped in the review section, ours was a positive experience and we got a great car at a great price.

Our salesman Kellen was easy to work with, generally a chill guy who I found to be honest and likeable. Granted we were "lay downs" but given the low kms and year of the car we knew we were getting a good deal. I don't feel the need to negotiate for the sake of negotiating. He was a real helpful, easy to talk to, let us use his computer, would sit and crack jokes with us, no pressure, no greasy sales tactics. Just an awesome guy who helped make buying the car an easy pain free experience.

The financing department wasn't the most pleasant, but they got the job done. I felt a bit brushed off, she seemed to assume I had bad credit and wasn't going to get approved, and seed somewhat apathetic about helping me. At the end of the day she did get me approved with a co signer, albeit not as quickly/eagerly as I would have liked. I imagine they deal with a lot of bad credit white trash so they get a bit jaded.

Overall I am recommending this place to friends because I had a good experience there. The car was a killer price for good-as-new kilometers, and staff has been generally awesome. Thanks guys!
