Can't speak to the workmanship, however I had a negative customer service experience here. I was indecisive on what to do with my shoes and I guess my questions made the guy pretty mad as he raised his voice with me. Bummer as I had heard good things about this place.

Quality products and great people at Nelson's. My daughter had a pair of second hand cowboy boots that were originally purchased there (10-ish years ago) and they gave her blisters. I took them in and they stretched them on the spot so they fit her comfortably. We drove down from Oshawa and they stayed open for us and then they wouldn't even charge me. They have a fabulous selection of high quality boots and belts and some really great unique western buckles. Unlike most tack amd western shops, they offer exchange and returns, which is great news as we head into the holiday season.

As another review mentioned, the map is slightly incorrect. Even though the address is on Landsdowne Street, the parking entrance is off of Ashburnham on the south east corner directly across from Wendy's. Super easy access from the 115 and well worth the drive for the quality, price and service they provide.
