Good prices, and selection. I agree that there aren't as many sales staff as other places, but I enjoyed shopping without hearing "can I help you find something" every 10 feet.

Great selection of equipment and technical gear that you can't get at "The Mall". Staff can be hit-and-miss. Most are excellent, some are not useful. Very little in-between.

Quite a disappointing experience. I'd say the store is well equipped from the looks of it, but is just unorganized most of the time. The staff are nowhere to be seen around the back of the store, because they're all either huddled around the front near the cash registers, or they're in the staff room doing nothing. A lot of the items that people took a look at is cluttered everywhere, and the items are not re-organized. No one, and I mean absolutely no one came to help me. I made 3 eye-contacts, yet not a single employee asked me if my search was going okay. I had to walk up to a group of 4 who were talking to each other to ask one question, and most of them weren't even that knowledgeable anyhow. It is really in your best interest to KNOW, and do some RESEARCH before going here because clearly the customer 'service' is non-existent.
