I've taken both my vehicles to Lad's and have received tremendous service from both Don and Matthew. I had a rock chip on my windshield which they replaced at no charge on a routine oil change service. These guys are great. I recommend their shop to anyone in need of a good trust worthy service!

I've been going to Lad's for about 15 years. I'm sure you can find shops that are cheaper in Calgary. You get what you pay for. The service Lad's provides is that they will tell you what needs to be done on your vehicle to keep it road-worthy and safe. I don't expect this service for nothing. They have worked on my mini-vans, my Civic, my Altima and my daughter's Sportage. They have never failed to diagnose a problem and repair it.

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Communication is prompt and clear, either through phone calls or emails.

One of the things I like is the shuttle service. It does require a bit of organization, but when I drop off my vehicle, I get a ride straight back to work. And they pick you up when you want to be picked up. Try getting that kind of service from a dealer.

The people who are posting negative, meaningless comments are probably competitors. I don't think I could find a more honest and reputable automotive service centre in Calgary.

I cannot say enough about LAD's Auto. I have only had one experience there (so far) and I was absolutely blown away. The attention to detail, level of cleanliness and organization within the shop is like nothing I have ever seen. From routine maintenance to installing aftermarket parts, LAD's will now be my go to shop.

I took my 2005 lancer to LAD's for a transmission axle seal leak(the leak was reported by another mechanic shop during an oil change). Offered me shuttle service and the price for fixing the part and changing the transmission oil was average(no gouging which I obviously I liked). Customer service was good all around.

Extremely helpful and explain everything really clearly. They search for the best value parts you need and always try to make your bill as low as possible while still fixing the issues.
