Branden Olsen, our new piano and voice teacher will be starting with us on October 10th. Branden will be teaching on Wednesdays (to start) and is now accepting students for a shortened 11 week semester

We are starting a new Sunday Toddler Class on Sunday, October 7th at 10:30am. Spaces are still available in this class. This will also be shortened session of 10 weeks for a cost of $165.00

We are THRILLED to welcome Branden Olsen to the Musically Inclined team as our newest voice and piano teacher. Branden is new to Newfoundland and is currently working on two Masters of Music degrees (voice and conducting) at Memorial School of Music and is looking forward to building a studio with us. Branden is currently accepting private students for either piano or voice, (beginners to advanced) and may also teach some group classes in the very near future.We are extremely... fortunate to have someone with Brandon's performance and teaching experience as part of our teaching staff.
More on Branden: Branden is a rising Canadian baritone of special promise. Born in Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Olsen has performed on piano and voice and as a choral director for the last decade, and earned a music degree from Mount Allison University, winning awards and prizes for both piano and vocal performance. He has performed in Canada and Europe in operatic roles as diverse as Garibaldo in Handel’s Rodelinda to Barrigoule in Viardot’s Cendrillion. Recently he performed as Dulcamara in L’Elisir d’amore in Italy and as Escamillo in Carmen. Comfortable in both early music and contemporary repertoire, Olsen will tour the US next year performing works written specially for him by New Hampshire composer Rob Haskins. Hailed as a “Tour de Force” by the Dutch National Opera coach, Natalie Doucet, Olsen was until recently the director of music at Saint John’s United Church in Moncton, New Brunswick, and is a registered clinical hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists.
