  The rep Kuljit was quick in seting up a policy for me. She did not provide accurate info about the policy. I've made several attempts to contact her, even having one of her coworkers send an internal email to her. She has not made any attempts to contact me. I'm considering reporting her to the Insurance bureau of Canada.

  Depending who you get as an agent the service can vary. I dealt with one agent for 2 years who did her best to provide competitive rates. After she left, everyone else I've dealt with stick to the script and dont really care if you leave or stay.
