    Staff are warm and welcoming and the facilities are clean. Rooms are spacious and decor calming. Teachers are well trained and know you by name. Especially love Wednesday evenings!

    I've been going to Moksha Yoga for almost 2 months - I enjoy their Pilates, Barre, and Moksha classes. There are so many good teachers - each with their own approaches, but the Moksha classes follow similar sequences and poses for consistency. This is great because you get to build experience with the poses while focussing on proper form and alignment, and tweak a few things here and there. I find it especially helpful to take classes when my mind is scattered and I feel low energy - after a class I feel more grounded and my mind becomes clear. I will keep recommending this studio to my friends and coworkers for the introductory month special. The large rooms also have air purifiers and get lots of a natural sunlight.

    I have recently purchased the initial 30 day unlimited pass and have been LOVING IT! The atmosphere makes you feel right at home, everyone is so friendly and helpful and I'm getting addicted to Hot Pilates and Moksha Fit- the instructors are awesome! I highly recommend this location as I have been to many others and I find that there is definitely a greater offering here. Come join us!! :)

    Coming from someone who used to do yoga and came back to it after a few years (and I mean years) this place is great! They are so welcoming and very helpful. The teachers are supportive and help you grow according to your own journey. I began with a $60 unlimited intro pass (which is a great way to try all the different classes they offer!) and just purchased a ten class pack. I feel stronger as I continue to grow and learn . I look forward to continuing my growth and personal journey with Moksha Uptown Yoga. Cheers!

    Moksha Uptown is one of my favourite places to practice yoga and pilates. They have a wide variety of classes, with many time slots throughout the day. The staff is always there to greet me with a smile upon arrival, and they always keep me engaged during the classes. The classes are very challenging, which I love, because my body always feels it the next day - so I know it’s working! That being said, there is always room for modification, if need be. I would recommend this studio to anyone, with any level of experience. It’s a great place to sweat! I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.

    Moksha Yoga Uptown has the absolute best instructors -- they are incredibly knowledgeable, and have helped me both build my practice and enhance my love of yoga! It is a welcoming environment that offers classes for everyone, from beginner to advanced.

    I was introduced to the yoga community at Moksha Uptown 3 years ago when I was suffering from a degenerative hip problem. I felt immediately welcomed by the friendly and inviting atmosphere and the kindness and understanding of the staff and teachers, who know exactly how to make new students feel safe and comfortable.

    The studio itself is bright and pleasant, and the locker rooms are clean and secure. There are 105 classes offered per week, ranging from the standard Moksha series to Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Jock Yoga, and Pilates classes, all of which provide newcomers and veterans alike with a practice that suits their needs.

    More than any studio I've visited, it's the teachers and staff at Uptown that make the difference. I have recommended the studio to several friends and colleagues, and the feeling of community has hooked them as well.

    Do yourself a favor and stop by; you'll be happy you did! It has changed my life. Maybe I'll see you there!
