I am a registered therapist with nearly 13 years experience working in mental health. I believe in an integrated approach to health and wellness and am proficient with many strategies and approaches.

I have significant experience with: addictions, infertility/sub-fertility issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress reduction/management, weight management/loss, PTSD, chronic pain management, grief/loss, trauma, parenting issues and relationship difficulties.

Sessions are $100 for up to 75 minutes. First session includes free 30 minute assessment a treatment planning time. Subsequent sessions can be "tune ups" (30mins) for $45.
