The company I work for takes us here time to time for birthdays and other company event's. The food is consistent and always good. I always get the New York Steak medium rare that comes with tasty potato spring rolls and peppercorn sauce.
I must admit that the music tends to be a little too loud but that's the style the restaurant goes for so what can we do. Personally it would be good if the music was a tad quieter as most of us had to shout across the long tables and those across from one another to keep conversations going.response / report this review -

AVOID SERVER MICHELLE. Absolutely horrendous server. She did not apologize for her mistake, not once did she ever check in on us, she cut me off as I was asking a question about payments. BE SURE TO USE CASH BECAUSE THEY DO NOT REFUND DEBIT CARDS… On a positive note the food was good and the manager (didn't manage to get her name) was way more professional, punctual, and she had shown genuine concern.

Terribly experience! We waited 40 minutes to get a table, but the restaurant was empty. We waited 50 minutes to receive our order and our meat came cooked wrongly, I explained to the waiter and he did not really care and I would not like to wait almost anohter extra hour to receive a new steak. During the 2 hours we were there, the waiter just showed up 1 time to ask if everything was ok. I definitely do not recommend it.

I come here alot and this will probably be my last visit. The service is slow, a few of the servers are very fake and put on a fake and very obvious smile. They are understaffed and their cooks don't seem to know what they are doing. Coming from someone who is a kitchen manager and a hi end fine dining restaurant I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anybody.

Very yummy food, I had the beet and goat cheese salad. Service a little slow but otherwise lovely place to eat.

My brother just returned from his one year anniversary date with his girlfriend and had the following to say: "I called ahead of time and made a reservation for a table upstairs. Upon running late, I called again to ensure the table was still available. When we arrived (15 whole minutes late), we were told our table was no longer available and that we had to sit downstairs. This, all the while the restaurant was quiet (Sunday evening) and there were plenty of seats available upstairs."
Not impressed by taking younger students for a ride like that. Treat all customers well, regardless of age.response / report this review
