  Ils vendent des produits usagés au prix du neuf sans le mentionner au client qui croit acheter du neuf. Comme toutes les microboutiques, celle-ci ne fait pas exception à la règle : très peu fiable.

  Excellent place to buy all your Mac needs, they are the only specialist in Sherbrooke and they can send your computer to MTL to get it repaired if needed.

  Great experience every time I go. Staff is very helpful and there is always someone there that speaks English.

  Completely useless. I came in with a technical problem (computer wouldn't boot). All they would accept to do was send away my computer to Montréal which would take more than a week. They didn't take the time to look at the model number on my computer and tell me that it was a version that had been recalled and would be repaired for free. They refused to help me get my files off the hard drive and in fact were surprised when I told them that it was possible without booting the computer and that all I needed was the right cable and another mac. When I asked to use a computer in their store to do it myself, they refused.
  
  I went to the co-op at the Université de Sherbrooke and had everything fixed in two days. It was like night and day.

  i have faced problem with apple about my Apple thunderbolt display and i spent more than 4 hours on phone with apple customer service to solve the problem but they could not. then i came to micro boutique (more specificlly to Yansen Richer Lebrun) and he investigate the problem in less than 5 minutes. Thank you very much Yansen, you are really smart.
