Went to Miami with the new used car asked for something specific was told they can't do it (they could but didn't want to). So much for the customer being right. Won't go back and won't recommend this to anyone. Instead I ended up at K Steam Detailing. Spec'd to order and a great job at reasonable prices.

We got our car detailed at Miami Carwash. We were very happy with the fantastic customer service and they did a phenomenal job on our car. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing. I take my dad's truck here whenever I borrow it, I've brought company vehicle's here, I take my car here every few months, if my girlfriend's car is getting a bit dirty - I'll tell her to follow me and get her's cleaned too.
I always get the in-and-out packages and, no, they aren't a detail - but it's pretty close and 1/4 the price! They do an amazing job! Anytime I've had a spill or there is a salt stain or something, I pay a little extra for the medium package and they have always accommodated doing a quick spot clean.
Personally I go to Miami just for their excellent work on the interior of the car. They wipe down everything and get into every little crease and fold to get all of the dirt out. I have, and will continue to, recommend to anyone looking for a spring cleaning!
Amazing work and the owner is very hands on. I have been going here for just over 5 years and there has not been one time that he wasn't there! Once I lost a floormat and he reviewed the video and found it for me the next day - even offered to have it delivered to my work.
They've cleaned 9 different vehicles for me and I hope to bring them many more. I would give more stars if possible.

good group of lads working there. place is a zoo most of the time but they always get the job done right. treat these guys fairly, they work hard. Noa has detailed my car several times and he never disappoints.

Great car wash and detail with many options. Brand new automatic car wash as well , which does an amazing job actually. The owner her is very hands on and extremely friendly.

I asked once it was completed if they wanted me to come look at it first and he said "no it's not necessary"
So I'm not sure that is helpful to say you have managers and customers check before the vehicle leaves ..
As I was not granted that opportunity
Went in on Saturday as soon as they opened for an Executive Interior/Exterior clean! I was told it would take about an hour to be completed!!
After only a half hour they told me they were done!! I thought oh ok great; that was really fast! They were all friendly as well!
However; I don't know if it was because I said it was my first time there or if it was because I was a female.. but they didn't do a very thorough job!!! Maybe if you took the full hour that you told me the console down the sides would have been a lot cleaner!
When you first jump in after they clean it's like "oh great it's much cleaner " however when you actually look you can see they missed a lot!
When I got home my husband said "uh they didn't do a very good job; how much did you pay for this"
Overall they were fast and friendly
But If you quote someone an hour you should probably spend that hour cleaning the car!!!response / report this review
