  I have been coming to this salon for years now and I have to say I am shocked by the negative reviews posted here. The ladies here are nothing but friendly and professional. Emerald and Leigh always do an amazing job at whatever service I am having done. They also do all of my daughters esthetics including piercing her ears when she was 2 years old. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for some pampering.

  Just had an eyebrow wax by Anna today around 11:30 & my eyelid is so red & swollen after 3 hours....
  She was rushed and rough when removing the wax.
  WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

  I've been coming here on and off for years, and am completely surprised about the reviews! The staff are always super friendly and accommodating especially Emerald and Karen. I used to get my facials done by Joan but when she retired I changed to Emerald and have not been disappointed. She is always very friendly and has a very good massaging routine when applying products to the face. If you are getting your eyebrows done, I highly recommend Emerald or Karen, they are both excellent. Thanks so much ladies!

  Got a piercing done here and it was fast painless and seemed fairly clean. My complaint is however that you have to buy the piercings in sets of 2 making is quite expensive for just one, mine was $70

  Very happy, had my nose pierced and they told me to take it out at 3 days to change it - everywhere says 3 months! They used a piercing gun (not for the nose) but for the ear & not a needle as the gun doesn't fit a nose properly. I requested​ my money back for this and the wrong information given and was laughed at, refusing to give me my money back. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! The girls may be friendly but they don't give the correct information for piercings and causing health concerns after.

  The worst customer service experience ever! The employees are rude,they lack of customer service knowledge and are arrogant. I went there to pierce the ears of my toddler and it was appointment based. I even clarified on phone if they do pierce ears of toddlers as they might be afraid and loud. They affirmed me. After going there one of the employee names "Anna Voong" was very rude and arrogant. She behaved in a very inappropriate manner. She lacked customer service and she was not at all trained in that field when they are in a business to serve the customers. They literally refused to do their job and I understand it. But the way she behaved was very rude and arrogant and disrespectful. She is a threat to any business if she does not get a proper training on customer service. I found the other employees were not as friendly as I have experienced in other aesthetic salons. I would not recommend any mothers with young toddlers to go there specially if you are planning on piercing their ears! I wish I could complaint to somewhere where they would take action against her. This place is totally a NO NO !
