  ; i would give no stars if i could, i ordered a 15 piece family meal . when i opened the chicken box there was nothing but wings and drum sticks in there, i also found a PUBE inside the gravy!! will NEVER go back there!!!!

  The chicken is good. Exactly what you'd expect. Deep fried, greasy, satisfying. However, their fries are pretty terrible, the dinner roll is not good, and their optional sides are mediocre. The staff are simply not prepared to deal with customers. When asked what can I get instead of fries I was told gravy or nothing. So, either buy three pieces of chicken without fries for more money than a three piece meal that comes with inedible fries or just get the lower cost three piece meal and throw out the fries was basically the situation today. No attempts to help the customer. That's one of a few difficult ordering situations I've had there. It's not that the staff won't go the extra mile, it's that they either don't want to be helpful or just don't know how.

  Lipstick on a pig. Chicken is good but that's where it ends. They've gone through the trouble of giving the building a facelift, but without doing the same with their staff or service. Drive thru was completely indifferent to you, cold fries even after a wait with nobody else in line and slow service. Despite the new look, this is the same Chicken Delight from years past, no training, no friendly service and nothing close to what successful businesses practice today.

  Picked up a large ottos delight and 8 piece chicken .pizza was still raw and doughy called back they replaced it with another raw pizza and told me that's how they" cook" pizza lmao

  Supper was great tonight! Had issues last time and decided on giving CD one more chance - (kiddo really wanted chicken) I'm glad I did! Hopefully it's the same in the future!
